Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Green Meadows Property Maintenance and Landscaping, our goal is to provide top-quality service and complete customer satisfaction. Because our work is custom and service-based, we do not offer traditional refunds.

 

However, we handle the following situations with fairness and professionalism:

 

 

Deposits:

If a deposit is required to secure a booking, it may be non-refundable if the appointment is canceled without sufficient notice (24 hours or more). Exceptions may be made at our discretion for emergencies or weather-related delays.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

If a service is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or the site is not accessible at the time of service, a cancellation fee may apply. Rescheduling is always welcome and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date.

 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you’re not happy with a completed service, please let us know within 48 hours. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue and ensure you’re satisfied.
