Terms & Conditions

By using this website or booking a service with Green Meadows Property Maintenance and Landscaping, you agree to the following terms:

1. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are provided in person after a site visit to ensure accurate pricing based on the condition and scope of the property. Any prices listed online are general estimates and may vary depending on job requirements, access, and materials needed.

2. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. While we do our best to stick to scheduled times, delays due to weather, equipment, or high-volume seasons may occasionally occur. We will always do our best to communicate in advance and reschedule if needed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled services. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service charge to cover time and travel costs.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, e-transfer, and other methods as discussed prior to the job. Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to late fees.

5. Scope of Work

Our services are limited to the tasks outlined during the quoting process. Any changes or additions must be agreed upon before the job begins. We reserve the right to decline additional tasks not included in the original scope without prior notice.

6. Liability & Property Conditions

Green Meadows takes every precaution to perform work safely and with care. We are not liable for:

Pre-existing property damage,
Underground obstacles or utilities not marked or disclosed,
Damage resulting from extreme weather conditions.

Clients are responsible for informing us of sprinkler lines, buried wires, septic systems, or anything that could be affected by our work.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work and strive for customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the result, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected (names, emails, addresses) will be used solely for communication and job coordination. We do not sell or share client information.
